Surgery Times

When We Are Closed

Please call either our telephone number 0161 426 9797 and you will automatically be transferred to NHS 111.  Alternatively you can dial 111 direct, there is no charge for this call however you will need 1p credit if calling from your mobile (the 1p will not be taken).

Please do not ask to see a doctor out of hours unless you genuinely cannot wait until the surgery re-opens.

Call 999 in an emergency. Chest pains and / or shortness of breath constitute an emergency.

The practice will be closed every Monday from 1-2pm. for staff training. If you require immediate medical attention then please call the practice 0161 983 9797

All our staff are here to help you, please treat them with respect.

All staff must be able to come to work without fear of violence, abuse, harassment from patient or their relatives. The NHS has a zero tolerance attitude towards violence (1).

Violent, threatening or abusive behaviour, including shouting and swearing, will not be tolerated at this practice.

Patients who act in such a manner will be asked to leave the premises; the Police may be called and you could be removed from our patient list.
